Taylor

Today I met up with Taylor Patterson and her mother to take her senior portraits. We drove up a long dirt road that led us to a rustic barn with horses roaming the pastures. We started out taking a few pictures on a horse named "Big O" and I can honestly say I have never seen such a gorgeous horse. He towered over us but was as gentle and sweet as can be; and let me tell you, this boy loved his peppermints! After taking pictures on Big O, Taylor and I drove around the farm together taking pictures in any location that caught our eye. I had so much fun taking Taylor's senior portraits and I am so pleased with how they turned out.

Taylor, if you are reading this, good luck with your senior year and thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to take your senior portraits! I hope you love them!

Kelly and Ron exchange their vows

In October of 2009 my beautiful cousin Kelly exchanged vows with Ron Spencer at a little white church in Charlottesville, VA. I was so excited to have the opportunity to take some of her wedding pictures and now that she has a handsome little boy named Chance, I cannot wait to do a photo shoot of the family.

"I do"

On June 5, 2010 my cousin Trae and his now beautiful wife Christina exchanged their vows at a gorgeous farm just outside of White Hall ,VA. I am so glad that I got to be a part of this chapter in their lives, and capture some of the special moments that they'll never forget.

Clara & William

Clara and William Burnett are probably the two most adorable kids I have ever met. They both have their own crazy style and personality, especially little miss Clara, which makes them even more of a joy to be around. I had the wonderful opportunity to nanny them this summer, which was so entertaining and I truly enjoyed every moment I spent with them. They wanted to make presents for their parents so we took some fun pictures and made a quick stop at Michaels to pick up picture frames so they could decorate them. I hope you all enjoy looking at these photos as much as I enjoyed taking them!

Also, the dog in the picture is my spoiled rotten boxer, Dodie. The kids love Dodie, so they wanted her to be in a photo with them.

Seniors 11'

I honestly cannot believe my little brother is graduating high school this year. I am so proud of him, and it was such an honor to be able to take his senior portraits! Here is a preview of some of the pictures we took today.
